Overview
Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1387, by Gaangleas Tregfêbêm. The establishment of Ifëvî-mère Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Ifëvî-mère Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is buildings have been located at convienant points along the mountain Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow packed earth streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Ifëvî-mère Fêqê's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A look around Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.

Points of Interest
While private tutelage of worthy apprentices can be had even in most remote villages, Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is home to a proper school dedicated to teaching magic. Such schools are usually small, with no more than a few dozen pupils, most of whom will fail for lack of talent or discipline. The instructors are rarely first-rate, usually serving only for the pay and status, but sometimes a genius sorcerer will find a reason to observe likely apprentices here. Given the unfortunate accident potential of the school, it’s probably isolated or well-fortified.
Ifëvî-mère Fêqê has a substantial mill pond located a short distance from town.
